Neapolitan/wood-fired pizzas require a trained staff member to monitor oven temperature and ensure consistent cooking. Thanks to our easy-to-us convection ovens, once placed on the belt, our pizzas require zero attention until they are done and they cook evenly every time. Our low maintenance ovens give us more time to build pizzas. We can make and bake up to 200 pizzas per hour allowing us to have the highest throughput in the industry.
